Summary: Did you notice this, too, about Government data collection? Obama's presidency lasted from 01/2009 to 12/2017. Sometime during that timeframe he mandated that US government agencies were not allowed to collect citizen data. In 2016, my cellphone company required me to give them permission to collect my data or I wouldn't get a new phone and line.
